Our youth group is tailored for 11-16 years olds. Children of this age face a lot of peer pressure and our desire is not for them to ignore it but to equip them with the tools they need in order for them to overcome the challenges they face in society.
Our youth members are taught biblical principles and how to conduct themselves as young people we hope to see them grow and become leaders amongst their peers and not followers. This Ministry is founded on the scripture which says “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22: 6). This ministry aims to prepare our youth as their awareness of the world increases, and in a time when they are more susceptible to peer pressure and the wrong kind of influence
We also engage in leisure activities throughout the year such as Youth Camp, basketball, football and bowling and many other activities.
